Microsoft has made an announcement regarding discontinuing support of Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) and Microsoft Edge Legacy. As we are aware that some users utilizing our software may be using these browsers, this is a courtesy notification to keep you informed.

Microsoft 365 apps and services to end support for IE11

How does this affect Harris Recording Solutions?
Users accessing our web-based applications using IE 11 or Microsoft Edge Legacy will still be able to navigate to the application, however; there may be unexpected issues with functionality. Additionally, no further development work will be done to specifically accommodate issues that only affect IE or Microsoft Edge legacy.

Recommendation
If you are currently using these browsers, HRS would highly recommend working with your IT team to establish a plan for updating to a supported browser from the list of supported browsers below. Microsoft has an article here for updating to Microsoft Edge.
The browsers that are currently supported by HRS are:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari
  • Firefox
